SuitIAPro is an AI app that works entirely on your iPhone or iPad. This policy explains, in plain English, exactly how we handle your device’s camera, microphone, and storage. We believe you should never have to guess what an app does with your stuff.

The Big Promise: Everything Stays on Your Device

SuitIAPro does not have a server. It does not send your photos, voice recordings, documents, or any other content anywhere. All the AI magic happens right inside your phone. We never see your data, and we never share it because we simply can't.

Why We Ask for Permissions

When you first use certain features, the app will ask for permission to access the camera, microphone, or your files. Here’s exactly what each one is used for — and what it’s never used for.

Camera

• What it does: Lets you take a photo to send to the AI for analysis, or to scan a document.
• What it doesn't do: Record video, save photos to your library without asking, or stream anything to the internet.

The picture is processed on the spot and then forgotten. No copies are kept unless you manually save them.

Microphone

• What it does: Allows you to speak to the AI (speech-to-text). Your words are converted to text right on your device.
• What it doesn't do: Record or store any audio. The sound never leaves your device, and there is no “hot mic” listening in the background.

Storage / Photos / Files

• What it does: Lets you browse and pick an existing photo, a document (like a PDF), or an AI model file that you already have on your device. This way you don't have to use the camera or download a model again.
• What it doesn't do: Scan your entire library, upload files secretly, or modify anything without you choosing it first.

Do We Collect Any Personal Information?

No. SuitIAPro does not ask for your name, email, or phone number. There’s no account to create, no login required, and no advertising tracking. The app works completely offline with AI, and that’s it.

What About Conversation History?

Your chat history with the AI is saved only on your device, so you can go back and see past conversations. You can delete that history anytime from inside the app’s settings — it will be wiped instantly and permanently.

Third Parties

We don’t use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking tools. There is no code in SuitIAPro that reports your activity to Facebook, Google, or anyone else.

Children’s Privacy

SuitIAPro is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect any data from them. Since we don’t collect data from anyone, there’s nothing to accidentally collect.

Changes to This Policy

If anything changes, we’ll update this page. The date at the top will always show when the latest version was posted.
